Who are our consultations best suited for?
1-on-1 Architectural Consultations are for curious and ambitious homeowners seeking more personalized insight and guidance for their modern house project.
During our consultations, we’ll work to identify and address the specific set of issues holding you back, envision and co-create a path to move forward, and help you take action towards your project goals.
Each consultation is different but common topics include: identifying what to do first (or next) in for your project, understanding yourself and your needs, discovering hidden opportunities, defining your priorities, developing confidence and motivation, and identifying alternative paths to achieving your goals.
You choose the level of commitment that best suits you and your needs. Each Architectural Consultation package comes with individual 1:1 consulting with Yvonne, email support, and a follow-up accountability check-ins to overcome obstacles and seek solutions.

Working with Yvonne for the past two months has been an enlightening experience. It is truly a boon to have someone like her guiding me through the myriad of issues one encounters when going through the design, approval, and build process of a house. This process becomes more complicated when the objective is building a modern/minimalist structure on a very tight budget. Prior to reaching out to Yvonne, I had read many articles and books professing to teach how to build a modern house on a ‘shoestring’ budget. I had even contacted the architects whose works were featured in those publications, only to find out that the actual costs were much higher than what the authors had publicized.Yvonne started by encouraging me to express my thoughts and objectives of my project and then attentively listened to all my concerns. She then proceeded to methodically guide me through each step of the process while helping me maintain the focus on the end result. To be sure, her method is slow and deliberate, but very liberating. She leaves no stone unturned and looks at each issue from every possible angle, often finding a new way to address and old problem, never accepting the status quo.
